EC review of VAT and financial services

The EC have published a paper summarising the outcome of the recent consultation on VAT and financial services reforming Community legislation on VAT and Financial Services.

The EC have also now published a set of working papers covering all exempt services as well as possible provisions for the creation of VAT neutral cross-border vehicles. There will be no further publications from the EC on this matter prior to the official proposals.
